Tete-a-Tete Set c1830 KPM German Painted Botanical Porcelain Plates Cups Saucer
German Hand Painted Botanical Porcelain. Two serving palates 11" and 10" in diameter. Two plates 7 3/4 in diameter. Two soup plates 8 in diameter. Two butter plates 5 3/4 in diameter.
Two cups 3 1/2" in diameter x 2" tall with saucers. One demitasse cup 2 1/4" in diameter x 2 1/8" tall with saucers. 3 3/4" in diameter x 4" tall including lid.6 1/2" in diameter, 1" tall. A lovely set of 17 early KPM (Königliche Porzellan Manufaktur) pieces with scalloped edge featuring colorful hand-painted flowers in the center and gold gilt foliage and vines within the gold-banded border.
Stunningly and completely hand painted. Centered floral bouquets differ on each plate while retaining the same compatible color palette and. Yellow with Gold Gilt borders. Very good vintage condition - no chips, no cracks, no crazing, no scratches, the colors are clean and bright. Each plate has the KPM scepter backstamp painted in cobalt blue for the mark and KPM trade mark under imperial orb mark in red (a red orb indicates floral painting, figurative scenes and landscapes).All items are vintage so please carefully REVIEW ALL PHOTOS as part of the description of the item.
