Rare Vintage RPM Royal Porzellan Manufaktur Gilded Porcelain Swan Cup and Saucer
Vintage figural swan teacup and saucer set. Made in the 50s by German porcelain company, RPM Royal Porzellan Manufaktur, in Eisenber, Thuringia, Germany. Meissen-style, the first European hard-paste porcelain. Unglazed, molded white porcelain and gilded accents. Excellent condition, no evidence of use.
No chips, cracks, discoloration, damage or repairs. One dark pin dot in the porcelain on the birds feather, from manufacturing. Cup 3 in diameter x 2 3/4 H, 3 3/4 to the highest point of the neck.
