Pair of circa early 1800 porcelain cup and saucers, Old (Vieux) Paris factory, France, beautiful shaped sides, handpainted Italianate countryside/castle scenes with trees, rocks and mountains, figures and birds fully encircling each cup and saucer, gilt rim. Cup - ring pedestal base - 3 1/8 tall, 2 7/8 dia. Saucer- 5 ½ dia, 1 1/8 tall. Condition overall excellent, no chips or repairs, one saucer has a 1 hairline-rings well with tap, nominal wear to gilt.
