The cup is decorated with a hand painted scene of a church and trees in black, with a man in a hat. With gold gilding along the lip, foot rim and down the center of the handle. The saucer has a hand painted scene of ruins, trees and a fence in black, with gold gilding along the edge. The cup has a approximately 1 1/8 inch tight crack extending down the side off the lip. There is also some wear to the gilding.

No additional chips or cracks. The cup measures approximately 3 3/8 inches wide including the handle x 2 3/8 inches tall. The saucer measures approximately 5 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
