Meissen Marcolini Hand Painted Pink Rose & Floral Tea Cup & Saucer C. Decorated with hand painted pink rose, red flower, and small blue and pink forget me not flowers. Ocher trim along the edge and green highlights to the handle of the cup. Marked on the bottom with the blue crossed swords mark with a star underneath, used by Meissen between 1774 and 1817. Has a slash through the mark.

Has some wear consistent with age and use, but otherwise good condition. The cup measures approximately 3 3/4 inches wide including the handle x 1 7/8 inches tall.

The saucer measures approximately 5 3/8 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
