The condition of this set is excellent with the exception of one cup which has a tiny, smooth nick at its rim. See photo #8 for a close-up. Every photo with only 1 cup & saucer is of this cup. We can find no defects or other damage. There are no chips, other nicks, cracks, rubbings, scratches or hairlines. The gold shows no wear.It really appears to be in excellent condition and is clean. The 6 saucers have a diameter of 4 15/16" and stand 5/8" tall. The height of the 4 cups is 2 7/8" while their diameter is 2 3/8". The stand was used as a photographic prop and is not part of this listing. These dainty pieces are particularly beautiful.
When you look very closely, you realize how the delicate scalloping and embossing adds to the overall effect.. The 3 florals on the saucers are loosely separated by the 3 gold daubs on the rim while the cups have 4 daubs.
