JP Limoges Art Nouveau Pink Carnation Flowers & Heavy Gold Chocolate Cup & Saucer Nice French porcelain chocolate cup and saucer. Decorated with an Art Nouveau pink carnation flower and gold border, Gold gilding along the edge.

Marked on the bottom in green PatD Jan 23rd 1906 JPL France. Pouyat Limoges in a wreath.

This is an overglaze decorating mark used by Jean Pouyat in Limoges France between 1906 and 1932. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. The cup measures approximately 3 1/4 inches wide including the handle x 3 inches tall. The saucer measures approximately 4 3/4 inches wide.
