Spode tea cup, saucer plate trio. Imari pattern 2246 circa 1815. A beautiful Spode trio in a bright imari palette. These imari patterns were immensely popular as they looked gave a taste of the exotic, looked stunning in candlelight and also displayed well when not in use.

Saucer 13.7cm diameter x 3cm high. Plate: 15.8cm diameter x 2cm high. Cup: 7.5cm diameter at rim. 7cm high to top of handle. Condition: No damage (tiny fleabite flake from saucer rim).
