Ornate 18th or Early 19th Century Possibly Royal Vienna Porcelain Cup and Saucer Beehive Mark. DESCRIPTION: Possibly Royal Vienna but almost certainly Continental European, German, Bohemian or Vieux Old Paris.
The cup sets on a dome foot and features Lots of intricate and heavy gold painted decoration and colorful, enameled birds. MARKS: The saucer has a Hard to see incised or impressed Bindenschild or Beehive Mark along with some numbers impressed and painted on the inside of the footrim. I find no markings on the cup. SIZE: The cup is 3-1/8" Tall x 3-1/2" Diameter at the opening (7.9 x 8.9 cm).The saucer is 5-3/8 in Diameter (13.8 cm). CONDITION: Very Fine Antique Condition with only very minor signs of wear.
