Antique Willets American Belleek Tea Cup & Saucer, Enameled Flowers

  
This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in Trenton, New Jersey by Willets Belleek in the 1890s. The set is unmarked but we are certain of its origin from the type of porcelain and the shape of the cup. The saucer has a diameter of 5 3/4 inches. The cup is 2 1/4 inches tall with a diameter of 3 1/2 inches. The translucent porcelain is ivory colored. It is beautifully hand enameled with tiny blue and orange flowers and gilded leaves. All of the decoration is raised so you can feel it with your fingers.

There are gilded accents, gold trim on the rims and the handle is gilded. FOR OUR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE US.
