Antique & Rare Imp de le Sevres French Porcelain Portrait Cup and Saucer Letizia Bonaparte. This set is hand painted, detailed in fancy gold trim with portrait on a turquoise blue base. The portrait is of Letizia Bonaparte (Napolean Bonaparte's Mother).

The bottom on both are stamped with Imp de le Sevres. The cup has Letizia Bonaparte in cursive hand painted. From the research I have done this set is over 150 years old. No defects, chips, scratches or crazing that I can see.

The usual darkened areas on the bottoms of each piece. I have wiped them with a damp cloth but didn't want to affect the finish at all.

Cup 3-3/16 diameter 2-5/16 high. Saucer 5" diameter 1-1/8" high. Photos are part of description. The color may be slightly different from the image.

The size may be slightly different by fractions. I have measured as precisely as possible. The condition of each piece is excellent with consideration of being antique. And do my best to correctly identify the product as described. My research has been done to the best of my ability.
