Antique Haviland & Co. Limoges Chocolate Cup & Saucer, Elegant Gilding
CONDITION: Excellent, without defects of any kind. This porcelain chocolate cup and saucer was produced in France by Haviland & Co.
The saucer is 5 inches in diameter. The cup is 2 7/8 inches tall with a diameter of 2 3/4 inches. The set is made of fine, white porcelain. The shape is simplistic with clean lines.
It is decorated with elaborate gilding that has a feathery effect. The inside rim of the cup repeats this gilded pattern. The rims and handle are richly gilded.
