Antique 19thC Meissen Porcelain Miniature / Doll Cup & Saucer Porzellan Tasse

  

A rare miniature / doll cup and saucer made by Meissen in the late 19th century. Both pieces are hand painted with a nice polychrome floral arrangement as well as a little single flower and a bug with a gold trim to the edge and to the handle. Quite nice especially on such a small scale! If you collect doll size items this is a must have! The set is in perfect condition which never hurts either : It is marked with the under glaze blue crossed swords mark underneath as shown.

The cup is 1 inch tall and 1.75 inches in diameter. The saucer is just over 0.5 inches tall and has a diameter of 2.75 inches.
