The marking on the back of the teacup the name is. George M Passenger, China and Glass Merchant, 9 High Street. He is also shown in a Southampton trade directory for 1859 as George Mason Passenger, glass & china dealer.
Passenger was the Mayor of Southampton in 1875 who could have been his son. Did not see any crazing or hairlines , no chips and cup pings. Stunning cobalt blue ground color all painted and a second color or beige. And gold gilt work as well amazing piece , this is a true English Trio. All the pieces are in super shape for the age.
